Hi Take fruits before your meal, like first eat fruit and then breakfast, lunch or dinner not after it. Or you can have fresh seasonal local fruits as mid morning snack or evening snack. Eat whole fruits and avoid fruit juice as it has fiber which is very important for your system. Take whole grains and include green leafy vegetables in your diet. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. Take proper 7-8 hours of sound sleep. Go for walk after sunrise and meditate to de-stress your self. You will clear glowing skin and dark circles will clear off. Take care.

Prefer taking whole fruits instead of fruit juice. Mid morning or mid evening will be good. You can include kiwi, orange and can also take other seasonal fruits if these are not available. Ensure a minimum 6-7 hrs of sound sleep. Take one tablespoon pumpkin seeds post lunch everyday.

Hi, Take the fruits & juices post breakfast & pre lunch. All fruits are good in general. Keep cucumber slices under the eyes to remove the dark circles.

Morning is the best time to eat fruits..fruits is better than fruits juice. If you want can have vegetables juice. For dark circle detox your body and eat more fruits and vegetables.

Gud evening before sunset u can have fresh ripe fruits either in fruit salad form or fresh ripe fruit, try to avoid having more in juices form. If u r having under eye dark circles it happens due to lots of reasons like improper food habits, lack of sleep or disturbed sleep or late night sleeping habit, stress, less water intake etc. So pls focus on lifestyle modification to get rid off dark circles under eyes.
