I do gym workout weekly 4 days, everyday 1 hour. Should I use Protein Powder or get Protein from natural food/Fruits. I m suffering from under active thyroid (Hypothyroidism).

Protein from natural foods is recommended. If you are a vegetarian, you will need proper planning of the diet for that. Please do not overdo the workout as it will be affecting your thyroid gland. Do workouts for 40mins max.

You should always try to take protein through foods. Food be the primary source of any nutrient. When after taking nutrient rich diet also if one is showing symptoms of deficiency /lack then should have supplements as secondary source of nutrients as per the requirement.
