Should I use Protein Powder ?
I do gym workout weekly 4 days, everyday 1 hour. Should I use Protein Powder or get Protein from natural food/Fruits. I m suffering from under active thyroid (Hypothyroidism).

Protein from natural foods is recommended. If you are a vegetarian, you will need proper planning of the diet for that. Please do not overdo the workout as it will be affecting your thyroid gland. Do workouts for 40mins max.
