Should i loose more weight
My height 176 cm weight 81 kg I have lost 14 kg from 95 to 81 in last 6 months by balanced diet exercise at gym and protein supplemnet.. My belly fat is gone almost. Should i loose more weight by remaining in calorie deficit to get my BMI under 25 or this much weight is fine for me.?

76  plus minu 5% is your IBW, Your BMI should  between 18.5 to 23 . So few more kg weight loss is advisable in combination with diet and exercise.

You should reduce more 10kgs to reach to such an weight, where you have least chance of gaining to become overweight.
