It seems your autonomic nervous system seems in a fight or flight mode often - due to some stress. It is possible that you do not understand what situations create it. Keep a diary of your anger situations for a week and write every incident in detail ( in your personal diary) and then try to find a reason behind every trigger. If however you find it difficult to find a reason contact a therapist or Counselor who could guide you better

Hi, anger doesn't always come alone. There must be other emotions at play here. Identifying the root of the problem could help reduce, out of control situations. Ask yourself, if you are frustrated and what is making you feel frustrated. Review one or more of the incidents that you have experienced where you have lost yourself due to anger. Figuring out what is causing the anger could help you find possible solutions. Taking professional help would be the best option here, as you would be guided in the right direction.
Next Steps
Try to be aware and stop yourself when you know you are going to explode, just take a few deep breaths and walk away. You can react to the situation once you have calmed down. If this is very hard for you to do, I strongly suggest counselling/therapy sessions with a Counselling Psychologist or a Clinical Psychologist.
Health Tips
Do try breathing exercises, especially yoga. It can be calming and relaxing.
