Hi, My wife is getting severe back pain during night time only. She was pregnant and delivered baby girl six month back by surgury. In day time there is no pain. Please help what could be the possible issue.

Pain following pregnancy are very common mainly to due postural stress due to pregnancy and delivery. After delivery taking care of involves a lot bending down actives . All this together can put stress on spine

She is might having Mechanical backpain. That's common cause due to weak Abdominal & Perineal musculature post delivery (Chances got more in cesarean case).

Hello, after delivery LBP is due to mechanical issue, during whole day mother is busy taking care of her child and many other house hold activities, as the day starts the pain is also minimum and mind is diverted but pain worsen at night due to prolong activities during day time.
