Severe pain in heel
I have been suffering with severe pain in my left heel recently. I have been facing heel pain issues from past 4 yrs. But it has never been this bad. Few of the symptoms: I dont have a flat foot In morning, after getting up, its very difficult for me to stand or walk on my foot. It takes some time to become bearable to walk. I have consulted few doctors and as suggested , have done Vitamin B12 and D3 course for 6 months as the vitamin levels were very low. From past 3 weeks, pain in my left heel has increased exponentially. And now i start limping while getting up in mornings. I cannot wear all type of footwears specially flats. I wear heel pads also while going outside. In home also, i try not to walk barefoot. I am not sure on how to take this forward. Like if qn xray will be required or physiotherapy or not sure what. Or can my weight be a cause for it? I need to put hot water bag or ice packs for this. Please suggest.

You have a condition called as Plantar fascitis. The is typically most painful when you wake up and gradually gets better. Doing an xray of the your foot and heel bone will show if there is a bony growth, which is making this worse.
Next Steps
Take painkillers before good ng to bed, so you wake up with lesser pain. Stretch your foot and calf, before getting out of bed. Use soft sole shoes. Regularly do stretches of your foot and massage the painful area gently during the daytime. Avoid standing for too long. Use icepacks on the painful area 3-4 times a day. gradually your pain will improve
