I have severe large size multiple ulcers in buccal, tongue and under lip area for past 3 days, feel too painful burning and difficult to eat, mouth gel are not reducing the soreness,burning and pain what medication should i take

Please post a picture of the lesion if you can. In the mean time you you apply topical anaesthetic to relieve the burning sensation and pain.

Hi, Please visit a dentist and get an examination done. Ulcers take 5 to 7 days to heel. Get a check up to know the cause of the ulcers. Take Multivitamin supplements every morning for 15 days.
