Severe lower back pain

Suffering from severe lower back pain as well as on the ribs area.suffering from last 15 days. Might be due the the bike accident i suffered frm few month back when i broke few of my ribs

If you broke a few ribs some time back, your ribs pain may be due to that. However if the back pain is new you could wait it out for a few days. Take some over the counter pain killers and apply some gel and heat. If it doesn't settle consider seeing an orthopaedic surgeon.

HELLO, I CAN UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERN. IF U HAVE PAIN IN RIBS AND U TOLD IN YOUR MSG THAT U HAVE FRACTURED OF SOME RIBS, YOU SHOULD WEAR RIB CAGE SUPPORT AND FOR BACK PAIN YOU SHOULD CONSULT WITH AN PHYSIOTHERAPIST OR A ORTHOPEDIC DOCTOR.

For the rib fracture you need to wear supportive rib cage belt so that you dnt feel pain in the ribs...kindly go for a thorough check up with a Orthopedic Ian or a physiotherapist so that the root cause of the problem can b ruled out... U need to do physiotherapy sessions for your back pain.. Take care.. get well soon

Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.
