Severe anxiety
Having real bad anxiety and I don't know what to do. Having a bit of a hard time at the moment with people stalking me and I'm worried they're going to hurt me. I don't want to be around people, I tried to lock myself in the house by leaving the keys in the doors but my mum managed to unlock it anyway. I can't even leave my bed let alone go outside. Someone keeps banging on the window. My mum doesn't listen, nobody listens, I don't know what to do, I feel so sick and my thoughts are racing. Please help

Anxiety and fear causes restlessness in behaviour. You are having racing thoughts which further aggravates this problem and decision making and socialising becomes difficult. Therefore, you need to calm yourself and understand that locking and staying isolated is not going to help you. You need to tell yourself that 'staying aloof will worsen my condition,if I want to help myself I need to find some options which will bring me out of this critical situation.'
Next Steps
Consult psychiatrist for detailed assessment and treatment.
Health Tips

Go for a counseling at once. In one session  itself you could feel a lot of relaxation.

Hi. I can understand what you must be going through. It seems that you are listening to sounds and voices which no one else is listening to. It is suggestive of hallucinations and that would be likely cause of your fear and anxiety. Please consult a psychiatrist as soon as possible and get yourself evaluated completely. Your condition is amenable to treatment.
Next Steps
Seek a psychiatric consultation.
