Seacod liver oil and multivitamins
Hello doctor, i have started going to the gym and my diet is not proper i mean i sometimes skip it due to tight study schedual. So i have seen many videos and they suggest to consume seacod liver oil and multivitamin on a daily basis to overcome any nutritional deficiency. 1)So my question is that is it safe to take multivitamin and seacod liver oil on a daily basis 2)if yes how many pills shall i take daily for both multivitamin and seacod licer oil. And what all precautions i shall take if i consume them My age is 29 years Weight is 62 kg Height is 5'7

All supplements are chemicals they are used only in most needed cases . It will be better if u can give 5-10 mins to your meals then you will be more concentrate fr your studies . Chat directly with your details about meals n timings fr proper plans with results .

Hi! It is great that you're cautious about your diet and you wish to work upon it. So about supplements, ideally I cannot suggest you before knowing your diet recall. Supplements are appropriate when your body needs are not going to be fulfilled through your diet. So if there's is anyway you can work on your diet more, that would be a better option. If you have to start with it anyway, I would suggest you to start with one capsule a day. The dosage will also depend on the brand. The same about multivitamins.

1 st if you are deficient in that particular nutrients then only supplement are suggested Unesesary is not recommended I need to see your blood report like calcium levels, vitamin D 3 levels etc Then only we can suggest And for maintaining your good health diet as per your requirement is enough with regular exercise 1 st make diet proper no need to take any supplement unless u are deficient
