Greetings for the day!!    If you like taking ketchup often, best way is to prepare at home and store it. Packaged products contain more amount of preservatives. This can affect you in long run

Heii Ketchup not heathy for our body. It's processed and processed food not safe to intake daily If possible thn stop regular habit some time it's fine but not regular and control portion always necessary.
