Right arm issue
Hello, my right arm n hand feels very numb, dead and weak... but at the same time I am easily able to use it... I put timer n I cud easily raise it for 2 minutes.. I can lift objects like bucket, laptop thru right hand but then why do I feel it to be weak? Also I feel blood moving thru my head!!! Am I just overthinking or it cud be coz of bad pose? As I sleep on right side.. I went to GP and he said there's no loss of strength in the arm

We work more with right hand therefore it gets more weak, first thing you should do is sit elbow supported and use a foot rest as hanging arms will make neck muscle work to hold it, that is the reason our neck muscles get overuse tightness resulting in reduced circulation and body-brain connection gets weak with it. Visit a physio to Strengthen neck muscles and get your posture corrections.
Next Steps
visit Sukhija Physiotherapy, follow good Posture and learn Strengthening Exercises.
Health Tips
While sleeping on side use 2 pillows, one under head and other between legs. Secondly if lying on back don't use pillow just have space between legs. All that to keep neck and body aligned.

Considering the complaints here, there are chances of cervical radiculopathy where the alterations in your cervical nerves give you numbness, also the weakness in your arm can be because of slight joint instability also giving rise to muscle imbalance where the strength will remain same but will make you feel weak.
Next Steps
Schedule a consultation with your Physiotherapist who can give you proper diagnosis with correct assessment.
Health Tips
Do not overload your painful arm by lifting too much of weight or sleeping on your painful side. Do not perform any exercises from YouTube without getting properly diagnosed.

Because of your weight if you are sleeping on right side obviously the weight transfers to right side of hand whuch causes slow circulation of blood which is the reason for numbness. Reduce your weight if its what you mentioned is correct. check for CBP test, also let me know if the hand pain is in day time or after you woke up from bed or any specific time ?
