Whenever after the lunch or dinner she takes her heart medicine then there is a pain in her left arm and then if I pressed her left arm then she gets blech (a sudden sound comes out from mouth due to raisen of air from stomach) .and after sometime she feel normal Can you please help me regarding the reason that why is it happens every day with her.

Though there is no link, still as a precautionary measure do consult a cardiologist and get post feed time ECG done. It appears to be acidity and flatulence post food, that might be triggering the pain. Try taking non-spicy and non oily food for few days and check for the symptoms. Also check her posture while she takes her meals, sometimes with age we tend to sit slouched and use wrong posture which might be the trigger for cervical, shoulder pain as well as indigestion causing flatulence. A therapist can help you take care of any abnormality of posture and weakness of muscles ,if any.

I would say, there is no connection between blech and pain. Cervical pain and arm pain has connection and heart problems and arm pan has connection as well. But heart pain and neck/ cervical pain is rare.
Next Steps
Please go to cardiologist and rule out heart problems
Health Tips
Go to a good physio for cervical pain and arm pain.
