Do I have take something else to lose weight while I am doing water fast today is my 1st day. I was on medication that's why i gained weight was taking medication for depression and my last medicine name was arijoy-5(half tablet at night). I am 80kg I want to reduce till 55 and I know water fasting will help me to go till( 65 to 62) kg. I want to confirm that what should I take with this fast and how long should I go for this. I have decided to take fast for 15 days.

Fasting is not at all good solution for weight loss. There are many more things will affect from this. So go for a balanced diet plan.it will be more helpful I am sure you will get benefit..so consult me directly through practo online
