I workout and I want to reduce my weight and build muscle.i have hair loss. I want to take whey protein but my parents restricted me.they say it will increase hair loss and I might have future problems. Can I take whey protein

Don't use short cut way for reducing weight. Follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add rich protein In ur diet.take  proper  nutrition for hair loss.

Hello - before priscirbing i need your medical history / diet recall / lifestyle pattern/ - by this it can be possibel u don't need to take protein supplements Take good natural protein sources no - bcoz your age is not that u should take 1stly
