Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure it is tough to handle oCD. I can work on both your issues by putting you in therapy. Both of them are resolvable issues but might need a couple of sessions before we say that they are completely resolved. Generally these issues are there because of trauma stored in subconscious mind which manifests itself as OCD etc. the over worrying and over doing is a way for the mind to cope with the fear that is stored in the subconscious.
