CBT is one of the ways to deal with anxiety concern. However, there are other methods too, for instance, talk therapy to cope with anxiety.
I request not to conclude it to be a disorder before actually knowing, if it is a disorder.

if the anxiety is severe, first we have to analyze the root cause, after that we can go for any therapy or techniques.....
1.Dont get panic, take it easy
2.Dont give more stress, that i have any problem... u have nothing it will go only if u want.....
3....identify the factors which triggers u more anxiety, then try to challenge them...

Cbt can be effective, but it depends on the nature of the anxiety.
It can be well treated with counseling sessions and therapies and medication if required.
