Reddish urine
Sir my urine reddish last six months. Not everytime.but morning urine look like orange colour. I tested urine routine test. I attached urine routine report pls advice me sir.

It’s urine infection as in report. Do ultrasound of abdomen as well to rule out kidney stone. Do the following--
1. you maintain high grade of personal hygiene.
2. Do change your undergarments at least 2 times a day
3. Wear cotton underclothes.
4. Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.
5. Keep the area dry.

If your diet is rich in beta carotene eg.carrot,beetroots,etc you can get reddish urine.your reports are normal.if you have no pain or burning associated no need to worry.you can include tender coconut water in diet.minimum 3 litre liquid per day.

Increase intake of liquids including fresh lime and butter milk to 4 litres each day. Avoid spinach, tomato, brinjal and rajma. The report apparently is insignificant. Rule out any medication if you are taking to have caused it.
