Continuous crying could be due to the present infection or other associated conditions in a pediatric group.Go for a re examination and follow up with the pediatrician treating her.

I understand your concern — an 11-month-old with fever, pus cells in urine, and continuous crying can be very distressing. Let’s go step by step: What the test means: ✓30–60 pus cells in urine suggests a urinary tract infection (UTI). ✓UTIs in infants can cause fever, irritability, poor feeding, and continuous crying. Why your baby may be crying continuously: ~Ongoing pain or burning during urination. ~Abdominal discomfort. ~High fever or general irritability from the infection. ~Possibility of the infection worsening (e.g., spreading to the kidneys).
Next Steps
1. Check temperature: See if she has high fever again. 2. Antibiotics: UTIs don’t resolve on their own in babies. Did the doctor already start antibiotics? If yes, it usually takes 24–48 hours for improvement. If not started, please go back to the doctor or emergency room right away. 3. Hydration: Make sure she is drinking breast milk, formula, or water (if your doctor already allows). Good fluid intake helps flush infection. 4. Monitor urine: Notice if she is passing less urine, straining, or crying more while urinating.
Health Tips
Danger signs — go to hospital immediately if: >High fever persists or worsens. >She refuses feeds or vomits repeatedly. >Very irritable or unusually drowsy. >Decreased urine output. >Breathing fast or looking very sick.
