My wife's urine test result stats 6-8/hpf epithelial cells and 2-4/hpf WBC/pus cells , can you help me what it indicates to.
She is going through stomach pain (no particular place).

Dear , as per your given information , she is having abdominal pain so in medical language its called as patient is symptomatic hence , the given report can be considered as significant as patient having problem ,other wise few pus cells not significant
Second important patient is having stomach pain ,urine infection so she need treatment. So consult doctor and need further evaluation and treament

hello , this might be due to urine inferction or kidney stone . diagnosis will be cleared after asking few quetions to her regarding issue . for that you need to consult me online so that we can treat it properly

I am really sorry to hear this but first I will suggest you to go for Urine Culture and USG Abdomen then get back to me.
I will need some detailed history of your wife because i dont want to treat her blindly.
I will write a prescription for her and she will be perfectly fine.
