Night-time urine leakage at the age of 17 is called nocturnal enuresis. It is not uncommon and does not always mean a critical disease, but since it is happening almost every night, it does need medical evaluation.This condition is treatable, and early medical help can significantly improve quality of life. You need to do the following
1. Blood tests- HbA1C, Kidney function test, Calcium level
2. Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis with specific instructions to do ‘Pre and Post void bladder scan’
3. Avoid fluids two hours before bed time
4. Avoid caffeine products
5. Complete a ‘Bladder Diary’

Urine passes out of the body when the bladder is full. So you need to ensure to empty it before going to sleep.
Next Steps
Do not have more water or liquids after 7 pm and have only a mouth full of water if you feel thirsty or after dinner. Can consume as much as water u want in day time but not after 7 pm
