Hi!
It does look like a kidney problem.
We need to do couple of blood tests to rule out couple of things.
Can you please describe in detail like when did the pain started and why did you get ur urine tested?
Is there any frothiness / fruity smell to your urine?
Is there any swelling noticeable over your lower half of the body(legs) ?
Lft,kft,HbA1c,fasting blood sugar,lipid profile.
This will help in ascertaining the cause.
Only when I know about the swelling and detailed symptoms list I can advise anything further.
Next Steps
You should see nephrologist soon to get the symptoms under control.
Health Tips
Donot take any over the counter medicine without getting proper prescription as random medication will make the problem worse.
