Rapid increase in weight.
During the last 6 months my weight has increased a lot. I have so much extra fat in my body specially in my belly, waist, abdomen, and thighs. My diet is normal I don't eat a lot. But I have a gained a lot of weight in last few months. Because of my schedule I am unable to get time for exercises or running this is why I am trying to lose weight with the help of diet. I am taking a cup of amla juice in warm water daily in empty stomach and also a cup of chemomile tea at bed time. But I am unable to see and reduction in my weight. I am really worried. I really need to lose 5-10kgs. Please guide me through this. Please tell me what should I do, what should I consume in order to lose weight and extra fat on my body.

Combination  of  diet  and exercise routine is must for  losing  weight and  maintaining it. To lose weight  only with  diet is not advised. -Try to do any exercise or brisk for  half an hour. -Take high  protein, high fiber diet - complex carbohydrates  like  oat,sprouts,  vegetables  n fruit  should  be included.  No sugar  and other  refined  carbohydrates

Weight loss without exercise is not a healthy way to lose weight. Following only dietary restrictions with no exercise might make you weigh less but wont ensure health. It would also be difficult to maintain such weight loss. Besides, there are many more benefits of combined therapy. We need to know of there are any underlying causes for this rapid weight gain, only then can you lose weight effectively and also maintain it in the long run.

Hi, More details like your present weight, height, dietary habits etc are required to recommend specifically. Weight reduction is a gradual process, it will take time and need to keep patience. To reduce weight one needs to follow a well balanced weight reduction diet and exercise, by combination of these two only weight can be reduced. Balanced diet provides  nutrition and exercise helps to burn fat mass. Include more fresh fruits, vegetables and complex carbohydrates with good quality protein in your diet. To do exercise, you don't need to go outside, you can do with in your home, like free hands, high cardio like sit up, plank, push up and yoga.

Hello You need to take a high protein and high fiber diet. Take complex carbohydrates like oats , whole grains etc. Avoid refined flour and it’s products and fried foods. Take more fruits , vegetables and salads. Hydrate yourself properly and take proper sleep. Here we can guide you in general thing.
