Puffy face
I'm extremely fed up with my puffy face, though I have been taking all the necessary steps to curb it from eating 3 times a day to hitting gym regularly  for 3 years now but there is no impact at all rather my face is becoming more puffier Point to be noted that Im having zero salt in diet and less fat Please suggest me the cause for this

Do you have puffy face or chubby face?? Both look different and have diffrent reasons ad cure.
