I have a puffy face and it won't go away
For the longest time now I have had a puffy face and I have tried so many things to get it to go, I have been drinking lots of water, been going to the gym regularly also doing cardio regularly, sleeping on my back, cutting down on salts, I am in good shape and not fat yet still have a puffy face. This is something that has been bothering me for a very long time and some advice would be very much appreciated if there is something that I am missing since it seems Im following all the right steps.

A persistently puffy face, despite healthy habits like regular exercise, good hydration, reduced salt intake, and maintaining a healthy weight, can have several underlying causes. -To identify the root cause, it’s important to consult a healthcare professional who can recommend appropriate blood tests and assessments. -This will help rule out or confirm any medical conditions that might be contributing to your symptoms. -Nutrient deficiencies are also a possible reason: lack of protein can disrupt fluid balance and cause swelling; low vitamin B6, vitamin D, iron, magnesium, or zinc can all contribute to facial puffiness by affecting fluid retention and inflammation. -Once a diagnosis is made, as a dietitian, I can work with you to create a tailored nutrition and lifestyle plan that supports your specific health needs - whether that involves managing inflammation, supporting hormone balance, or addressing any nutrient deficiencies.

There can me many possible factors for this : like Thyroid issues (like hypothyroidism) can cause a swollen or puffy face. 2.Cortisol (stress hormone) can lead to facial fat retention 3. Allergies/ Intolerances (like dairy, gluten, or processed foods) can lead to inflammation and swelling. 4.Inadequate sleep causes fluid retention and disrupts hormone balance, leading to a tired, bloated appearance. 5.Chronic allergies or sinus congestion can cause the face to look puffy, especially around the eyes and cheeks. But for the exact cause check with the doc for any medical condition and get yourself tested.
Next Steps
Observe if puffiness is worse at specific times (like mornings, period time, or after certain foods) reduce salt , improve sleep consult 1:1 for better anaylis
