Dear Doctor,
I am 29, height 5.5 inch,weight -( 61 to 63) .
Though I don't eat much outside, and not a Foody as well. I have my breakfast and lunch at office that will be simple Poha,idli or roti sabzi. At night I have 2 roti with sabzi at home.
I drink less water , until I feel thirsty I don't realise I have to drink water:(
I have less physical workout throughout the day.
With all said above, I normally gain face fat and sometimes I have puffy eye bags in the morning.
Could you please suggest better suggestion or diet plan to avoid this.

Start ur day with exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.
do massage of oil and apply gel,For removing fat from face .also follow Low calorie diet for removing extra fat from face.

Hi drink lot of water daily . Include lentils n fruits in your diet . Consume salad before meal. N keep grated cucumber on your eyes about 15 to 20 min . It should bi chilled.try these things
