I weigh 75kgs. Height 5feet 3inches. I want to reduce weight upto 15-20 kgs. I have an acute muscular problem called Fibromyalgia. I also have thyroid and taking daily medicine of Thyronorm of 50mg. I am also having Gastro problems. Please suggest a detailed Health Chart for weight loss.

Losing weight can be an easy task if proper diet is being followed with correct timings.
We can give you an example of a good diet with timing :
Early morning : ( 5 Am- 6 AM ) : tea/ coffee with 2 biscuits
Prefer toned/ double toned milk
Prefer atta biscuits instead of maida.
Breakfast : ( 9 AM- 10 AM)poha/ dhokhla/ egg white
Mid morning : (11 -11:30 AM) fruit/ juice/ coconut water.
( Avoid juice if diabetic)
Lunch: (1-2 PM)salad + dal + sabji + rice
Amount of all should be 1 katori.
Prefer eating salad before food
evening tea: (5-6 PM) : tea / coffee with 2 biscuits.
Dinner : Same as lunch
If diabetic then do
Post dinner ( before bed ) : milk without sugar
