Protein related query
Hi. I've been a vegetarian all my life as you already know we can't get enough protein via basic vegan diet to fulfill my daily requirements. i workout and lift weights for 2 or more hrs daily and want to build a decent physique. what will you suggest for 100% non steroid whey or soya protein?the side effects?

Hi thanks for your query. First of all you can build up this by consistent efforts not very quickly by using any supplement. There are some supplements from good pharmaceutical cum nutrition companies who have some how quality products. You can try ABOTT co.few products. Go their website & take any high protien based supplement. Ex - ENSURE, EAS etc. But there are some classification. So see availability. U can go ensure high protien powder or EAS whey protein 2 tsf with milk or light cold water. But may be dirhora, dysentery or some complications. Take low starting dose 2 scoops twice..then confirm.
