Hi
So I was just wondering how do vegetarians get creatine in their bodies. Is it generated naturally or is there something we can consume that can help boost its level?
I workout regularly and hard, and I've been using whey protein for quite sometime and haven't had any side effects, it has helped me a lot actually, but I do not intend to take any other supplement.
So what else can I do to enhance my performance and gains?
Thank you so much!
