Hi my daughter is 3 years old and her current weight is 16.3. She is active but I can see she tires easily these days. She complain that she has pain in legs before sleep. I think I should add something to her diet. Can I add protein powder in her milk or any other suggestions.

No need to add any protein powders. Just see that she is having a well balanced home cooked meal. Avoid any packaged or proceeds foods , chips , and bakery items.
Add paneer, rajma , sprouts , milk in her diet.

If the child is having a balanced diet no need to add any protein powder. Leg pains are due to deficiency of magnesium or iron so try to add iron rich foods and some nuts in her diet. For any further queries you can consult on practo.
You should go for a personal consultation and not follow any universal advice for her as every body is different and advice should be taken specific to her health.
Hi,kindly book a consultation with me so that we can have a proper discussion before i can suggest you with a solution. I am available right now regards.
Give her home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Give her fresh fruits especially Vit C rich. Give milk & milk products, eggs etc. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities. Try to get her asleep for 8-10 hrs.
