My doctor asked me to add protein in my daily food. Since being a vegetarian I don't have much options and I don't like panner.I am adding hemp seeds powder, peanut butter powder and rolled oats to my morning milk(found the recipe online) does it has any side effects ,at present I am not facing any. Kindly guide me.

Gud noon pls add varieties of foods into your diet, add on soybeans mushrooms, nuts like almonds, walnuts, pistachios etc into your daily diet to meet up the protein daily needs.
