Is it ok to take heavy protein like 200gm per day for life long ? Will it cause any issue ? In kidney or otherwise?

First check required protein per day  example if your under weight or weight loss go with high protein 1.2 grams to 1.5 grams /kg body weight that is enough. Don't take 200grams of protein per day it's harmful to your health

If you are doing gym then you can take but then also not 200gms . It's according to height.
