Sir my father is 62 year old ,he is suffering from hypertension from last 1 year .I have taken b.p measurements of last one week ,his b.p was avg .155-160 / 90-95 . He have not taken any medication till .but he want to go with allopathic medicine , kindly prescribe initial medicine. Thanks sir

Take plenty of water ,yoga for half hours,walk atleast 15mins ,avoid excess salt in food if after doing all this bp is not normal then consult to general physician
