Posture strap is not recommended for prolonged usage, vist nearby physiotherapy clinic and take few sessions of postural correction, then do it on your own at home for few days, better if you could continue the exercises to keep your self fit.

Hello. No, I would not recommend a strap for the neck. With prolonged used: 1. You develop dependence 2. Your muscles become weaker.
Next Steps
Find a good physiotherapist near you, and have a few sessions with him/her for postural correction and to get educated about proper ergonomics for your job- type.
Health Tips
Stretching your neck, back and shoulders every 15mins is a must (if you have a computer-based job). Exercise your eyes daily too

Forward chin could be due to forward waist and a slightly flattened middle back. Doing an exercise to pull the chin in is not enough....nor is a posture strap. Tying up the strap is not a solution, in my opinion.
