Most likely your symptoms are related to workout
You started recently. Its better, workout progress should be gradual.Typically these issues settle down within a week.
If it's not relieved ,you should get your CBC , renal profile liver function urine analysis
Need more information about the symptoms like
Is the problem started from yesterday or did u have it before ?
Is your renal functions normal? Like is there any burning micturition, flow of urine, colour of urine normal?
What is your haemoglobin value?
Health Tips
if it's due to physiological edema due to venous pooling of blood ...u don't have to worry

If you are used to exercise then the legs don't swell with a one day workout. It happens if you have had a sedentary life throughout and in one day you want to set a record of sorts.
Please remember that your body will tell you when enough is enough. And at that stage you must relax. If you don't listen to your body then such things happen.
According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from swelling of feet .
You shuld check your blood pressure.
You should check LFT and KFT with CBC and ESR etc.
Next Steps
For better diagnosis take consultation from a doctor then treatment will start .
Health Tips
you should follow good life style like take sufficient amount of water and take less spicy and fatty food and do exercise regularly with yoga and meditation.
This is all bcz of sudden starting of exercise if u r nt used to it before
Start with slow walking daily for 10- 15 mint and add new exercise every week
Our body needs time to accept a new thing
