I recovered from typhoid, I had 10 days of antibiotics. The enteric fever has reduced gradually. I had only fever, headache and occasional coughs. Now I am recovering well.
I am eating simple food and doing light walking and stretching, pranayama etc.
I wanted to ask what kind of exercises I must do post typhoid and what foods to include further going.
I am not planning to go to the gym for a month.
Kindly advice me the home workouts and food to include.

Light nutritious diet,low in oil and spices is recommended.As for exercise,start with light exercises and build slowly as per your energy levels.Always maintain hydration

U can do all types of exercises as such there is not contraindications because of typhoid however the body might feel weak so start gradually with little heavy exercises initially
Maintain hydration and have plenty of fruits for essential minerals and green vegetables
