I have suffered from Dengue fever from 23rd November (test done on 27th November) now feeling little bit sensation in the left hand pulse area and severe weakness.. afterwards i have consulted with a hospital where they have given few test and out of which ECG & Troponin test reports came good and today I have done Echocardiography test as suggested by doctor and test results are as follows (report attached)
Left ejection fraction: 60
Diastolic compliance: Reduced (Grade 2 diastolic dysfunction)
Conclusion: Good left ventricular systolic function with reduced diastolic compliance..No pulmonary arterial hypertension
Bp: 135/80, No sugar
Hence need your valuable opinion that whether do i need to go for further post dengue blood test like Lipid profile, HBA1C, Liver functional etc

Hi dear
Ur 2d echo is showing reduced diastolic function so that means that heart is being affected a bit
Although the ejection fraction is good
I would suggest u to do rest of the body check ss well so that we can make sure that rest everything is good .
