Can we have non veg after covishield vaccination..please elaborate ..since I don't know what to eAt some are suggesting not to eat anything told only to eat boiled food.

Hi You can eat normal food .. Just make sure to eat soft food which will be easy to digest.. And keep your self hydrated.
