I am being always confused weather veg is best or non veg for male of my age I want a fit muscle body but I think I am weak now present food is veg only would any one suggest me best answer for me to be fit and muscular

Hello,, I went through your query, if you want to gain weight give first preference to non-vegetarian food. Join a gym, exercise and diet are the two most important to gain muscle bulk. Without exercise eating high calorie simply adds fat to your body and is bad for health.
