Fatty liver non alcoholic
I have fatty liver grade 2 what are the suggested food for me can I have non veg ? And can I eat carb contained food daily my weight is 80 kg and height is 1.67 metre

In your case you need to be specific with food choices you make to reverse this Fatty liver grade-2 Though it’s reversible but you need to take a lot of precautions in fat consumption & spice consumption, bland home cooked simple meals are good to go but avoid animal protein as much as possible to reverse this condition faster Of course you may eat carbs daily but in limited and required portions

Hi, Try to reduce your weight this will help you to counter the fatty liver as well, Have lots of fresh raw and boiled veggies and fruits, whole grains cereals, millets etc, yes you can have non veg but in a very much restricted amount as your liver needs detoxification and recovery now. for further comment need a detailed history.

Reduce sugars in your diet especially fructose sugars that are present in packaged drinks Consume whole fruits and vegetables with more fibre content Avoid or eat fats from animal origin minimally
