Can I eat oil fried fish, chicken and vegetables. Are all oils harmful with this condition? Also my BMI is 22 do i still need to lose weight?

Include fish & chicken  in curry or in soups or as steamed, stewed instead of deep fried,ROTATE oils and use it sparingly As BMI is 22 weight loss is not necessary but check for the fat % and do alterations if need be To know more connect online

Hi, Even if your BMI is within range, still you're advised not to consume oily & fatty food much. You may take the abovesaid foods in steamed or shallow fry form. Sometimes if your Physique is not appropriate you need to lose inches & not weight necessarily.

If according to your height your weight is ok then don't loses . But BMI is little high should reduce. Yes, need to reduce oil as your condition is  serious. Eat homemade food add lots of fruits, vegetables and salad, soup and vegetables juice in your diet.

Bmi is ok try to avoid fried items. Use olive oil, soybean oil or rice bran oil. Non veg in stewed or clear soup form.
