Non veg good or bad
Hi there, I am getting to hear lot that many younger people are dying because of heart disease the reason behind this is really heart breaking which is due to the consumption of non veg such as Mutton,chicken,eggs but as I'm an athlete I need to build muscles and for that I need proteins but without this I can't do anything as it's my primary source of protein for me Please suggest if it's a myth or really a matter of concern for this generation to rely on animal protein as I'm really anxious?

Hi! Non veg is not the culprit of the same. Everything in moderation is best. Eat protein equal to ur bodyweight. For eg if your are 70 kg then 70g protein per day is enough for you. Try to eat home made products bcoz it will not contain excess oil and are properly washed and cooked

Hi user! In this we should first understand the requirements of body, as you said you are athlete then may be you are in ground for approximately 4-6 hours per day. Which not only increases the normal protein amounts from 1.2 g of protein of body weight and with this micronutrients need also increases. You should have 60% of protein requirements from vegetarian sources and 40% from non veg sources

Gud morning pls have animal proteins in required amount,suppose if u r of 60kgs of body weight u need 60grams of protein both from veg n non veg food sources combinely.for further information pls connect directly through practo.
