Sticky stools with bloating indicate impaired digestion (mandagni) and toxin buildup (ama). Panchkol may temporarily relieve symptoms but does not correct root cause. Ayurveda can help restore agni, improve stool formation, and appetite with proper diet, herbs, and lifestyle adjustments. I suggest you consult me for a personalized plan.
