Very good observation about yourself. The above suggested medication will definitely help you out. I would just like to add simple oil pulling routine to help balance your oral pH. Along with this sheetal pranayam a few time during the day and Padabhyanga at night before sleeping. That will help you slow down your pace to ease into sleep better.
Health Tips
If you need more clarity, feel free to reach out. Continue to observe your changes with routine habits too.

You have done excellent self-analysis — and you are absolutely right. Your case needs Pitta-first approach and most doctors are missing this. Your symptom picture is clear: This is Sama Pitta predominant with secondary Vata — heating and bitter-astringent medicines will always backfire in your case. What you need is — Pitta-shamak + Ama-pachak without heating: Best suited medicines for your case: ∙ Avipattikar Churna — best single medicine for your case. Cools Pitta, clears downward acidity, burning in anus, helps digestion without heating ∙ Sutshekhar Ras — classical Pitta-shamak, safe and effective ∙ Praval Pishti — cools Pitta, heals rashes and burning beautifully ∙ Kamadudha Ras — specifically for burning sensations and Pitta in GI tract Avoid completely: ∙ Trikatu, Chitrakadi, Hingvashtak — all heating, will worsen you ∙ Triphala in large doses — too astringent for your current state Simple home remedy: ∙ Dhaniya + Saunf + Mishri — boil in water, drink warm twice daily. Cools Pitta, improves digestion gently Diet: ∙ Coconut water, pomegranate, old rice, moong dal ∙ Avoid sour, spicy, fermented food completely This combination primarily pacifies Pitta, gently handles Vata without aggravating it — exactly what your body needs.
