Hello
For the course of treatment we need to 1st know the grade of piles. As piles may be of different grades, usually the early grades requires very less or no treatment while the other grades requires treatment.
For this, we have to examine the patient . Then plan the action of management.
Next Steps
1. Consult Surgeon/GP
2. Sitz bath 3 times a day for 7 days
3. Isabgol powder 2 times a day
4. High fibre diet
5. No oil/spicy food
6. Avoid processed food
1.TAB NORFLOX 400MMG BD
2.TAB ZERODOL P BD.
3.SYRUP LACTOLOSE 5ML TWO TIME DAY IN
GLASS OF LUKE WARM WATER
4.TAKE SITZ BATH ( a warm, shallow bath used to cleanse and soothe the perineum, the area between the genitals and the anus)
5.THEN APPLY LIGNOCAINE OINTMENT IN THAT AREA.
I don't know what is the basis of your diagnosis for piles. The symptoms of piles and fissures and even chronic constipation overlap. A proper clinical examination by a General Surgeon is required for a proper diagnosis.
Most of the patients who are not happy in spite of repeated treatment schedules actually don't have piles
