Pelvic floor
Hi, my sacrolliac joint on left was stucked on left side and it led to pelvic tilt and it also made my glutes weak and it somewhat affected my colon position also. Now my pelvic floor is weak i feel scared of prolapse. What should i do. I think my sciatica nerve is weak i feel my legs are weak. Also my lower back muscles are tight.
