Pelvic floor dsyfunction
What are the causes of pelvic floor dyfunction. i am dealing with it after delivery. had rectocele surgery 3 months back nd still have pfd. how to treat it. i did biogeedback before surgery but was of no hell. any psyio who can help me.

There are many reasons for pelvic floor dysfucntion, as after delivery its common to get  this, you need to get proper assessment. Pelvic floor and kegel exercises can be done for this. consult online or in person with physical therapist for proper assessment and treatment advice.
