Patella knee problem
I am having severe knee pain since 08 months, It started all of a sudden...Did X-ray n blood,uric test... Everything is normal but still having pain while running, clibimg stairs n even coming down...plz suggest something as it really hurts.... I was a sports person never had such issues but now can't use my legs properly...

U might be having muscle tightness or any injury like ligament. So u need complete examination of ur legs and muscles. Start Physiotherapy and continue for next few days and along with that start exercises gradually.

Looks like ITBand Syndrome. It is bcoz of tightness of IT band which needs to be released.

icing should help to some extent,but only for time being. Also some is wrong in ur posture/lifestyle.Find out and correct it.
