Greetings from Rid of Pain Physiotherapy It looks like it is patellar tendinitis. So avoid knee bending if it is giving pain. Also use an ice pack if swelling is there. Also consult the nearby physiotherapist for its treatment.

You should apply ice pack for three days every two hours for 15 minutes.  If the pain persist or aggrevates you should consult a Physiotherapist online or offline for complete assessment and treatment.
