Knee cap shape change
My right knee has developed flesh Bone less visible but not in pain only can't sit cross legged.left kneecap is ok but right knee shape little difference Only when I get up after sitting then leg is not straighten for few seconds and

It's due to cartilage degeneration known as chondromalacia patellae, avoid squatting and crossed leg sitting, start physiotherapy asap
